Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to browse Softhour, understand product details and place an order, including people using assistive technologies.

Our approach

We aim to improve the store in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), Level AA. Areas we work on include meaningful image descriptions, readable contrast, clear form labels, logical headings and navigation that works with a keyboard.

Some features are provided by third parties, including payment services. If a feature prevents you from using the store, please tell us which page or action caused the difficulty so we can investigate.
