Free tracked U.S. shipping
Tracked shipping is included on all U.S. orders. When your order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Your delivery address
Please check your address before placing your order. For an address correction or a tracking question, contact us with your order number as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.
30-day returns
Try your Fitazium at home. If it is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return. Please include your order number. Return the complete kit with its accessories in good condition.
After inspection, we refund the price paid for the returned products to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable. You pay return postage unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct return address.
